Estoy completamente de acordo contigo de que Social Media significa un horizonte completamente inovador y que puede ofrecer resultados ni siquiera imaginables con otras herramientas. Lo que planteo es que se quede bien claro lo que se puede esperar de allí. Hay mucho buzz sobre esto y es allí que creo yo, hay que poner unas gafas y ver las cosas de manera bien realista.

También he visto tu blog y me gusta mucho.

Veo que no acabas de creer en esto de los Social Media, yo creo que es el futuro del marketing, del desarrollo de proyectos..., de todo! Para mí es como ponerse unas gafas nuevas, que no substituyen lo de antes pero le dan un nuevo color, una nueva forma de entenderlo. Por ponerte un ejemplo, empresas como BMW utilizan los social media para obtener info sobre las preferencias de los consumidores antes de terminar el diseño de un nuevo producto, y así modificarlo antes que incurrir en costes demasiado elevados.
